How to boost your immune system

We are continually exposed to germs and viruses in our daily life. But it’s how our immune system copes with them that makes the difference.

Our immune system is an interactive network of organs, cells and proteins that protect the body from viruses and bacteria or any foreign substances. It works by neutralising the bad bacteria such as viruses, parasites or fungi that enter the body.

We mentioned in our last blog post that one of the best ways to a strong, healthy immune system is to make sure that your gut health is in order. But how about other ways to ensure that you have an immune boost?

Here are 5 ways you can boost your immune system…

Echinacea.

Echinacea has chemical constituents that are powerful immune system stimulants, which in turn can provide significant healing. You can use echinacea to treat colds, upper respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, and slow-healing wounds. The root of the Echinacea plant can also be used for the treatment of flu-like infections.

Colloidal Silver.

Colloidal silver benefits the body in numerous ways because it has a direct effect on cellular respiration. This mineral solution contains silver ions and small charged silver particles, suspended in a distilled water.

It is an excellent anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and anti-viral solution.
