What are the delivery charges for Pure and Me Products?

We offer free postage and packaging for all orders in the UK. For more information on our delivery service please click here

How long will delivery take?

We send all letter box friendly orders 1st Class so they should arrive the next day if the order is placed by 3pm.  Any remaining orders are posted the following day.   We cannot guarantee orders will arrive the next day so if you would like your product guaranteed next day delivery you can do this by paying an additional postage charge.  Please click here

How secure is my personal information?

We work to the highest standards to safeguard your information.  Your details are encrypted and processed through a secure socket layer, SSL.   We do not store your credit card details.  

We will never sell or lease or distribute any of your information.

How do I earn MePoints (our reward scheme) to use on future orders?

Click on the right hand side of any page on the MePoints purple box.

Log in, if you have forgotten your password we will immediately email a link to you to reset it.  Just press Forgotten Password on the log in page.

If you need to set up a customer account, create a password and confirm your account when an email arrives from us in your inbox.  You will then accrue points to use on future orders.  

You accrue one point for every 10 pence you spend.  You can also earn points with a simple click of the button for sharing us on Facebook or Twitter, for referring a friend and for sharing your birthday with us so we can send you a gift.

You can only accrue points if you create an account with us.
